CAPITAL DISTRICT MABL (ALBANY, NY): CDMABL News: Playoffs Update: Series 1 comes to and end

The Black Sox and Mets met at the Clifton Commons sunday night on a cold wet night.  With the series tied at 1, the winner would advance, while the loser would be finished for the year.

 The Mets took a 1-0 lead early, but the Sox would score 6 unanswered runs to upset the Mets in the series.  The Black Sox now move on to face the #1 seed Knights, while the Canes now face off against the Cudas. 

Both series are expected to get underway Monday night at 7:30 PM at the Clifton Commons.  The Knights/Sox will be on the front field and the Canes/Cudas series will be on the back field. 

Congrats to the Mets on a great season and good luck to the remaining 4 teams left in the playoffs.
