Wednesday, July 29 Demidio Throws No-No as Tribe wins 7th straight to pull into 2nd place
Tuesday at 'The Bowl' Nick Demidio took the mound for The X-Tribe to battle Gary
Auclaire for Black Sox. The only offensive production for either team came in
the 3rd inning. Vumbacco got things started with a single to right and scored on
a double off the bat of Caufield who advanced and then scored on 2 errors.
Auclaire would then hit ferro and walk Slater who would be bunted over by Rader
to put runners at second and third. Kennedy would then come up big with his
second double of the day driving in 2 runs to make the score 4-0.
Thats all Demidio would need as he struck out 8 and allowed no hits to pick up
his 3rd win on the season. This was The Tribe's 7th straight win and a big one
as it moved them into 2nd place with only 3 games left on the season. Things are
getting interesting...
