Cleveland Skating Club Hockey: Visitor Info

To All Visiting Teams:

The Cleveland Skating Club is a full-service, private club located in Shaker Heights, just minutes from Shaker Square.  CSC offers a competitive and recreational hockey program and has been a member of the CSHL since it’s inaugural season, 1971-72.  With over 100 players participating, we proudly field eight to ten teams per year.

Although a private club, CSC invites non-club members to try out for our teams and participate in our clinics and camps!  We welcome your participation and hope you will join us in the future.

A few items for visiting teams to CSC to remember:

  • NEW THIS YEAR!  We now accept cash, credit card and debit cards in our Grill!  Non-members no longer need to purchase coupons as we take many forms of payment for both club members and non-members.  Members of other clubs are welcome to sign other club accounts.
  • Our Grill is open during these times:   Monday-Thursday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday, 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday, 7:30 am to 9:00 pm, and Sunday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.  We offer many meal options as well as many snacks, including soft pretzels, nachos, candy, etc.
  • We have upstairs visitor seating available with viewing through the glass in our Main Dining Room, which can be accessed via the steps by the rink entrance. If the Main Dining Room is in use, signage will be posted alerting visiting teams to this and visitor seating will be in the rink only.
  • Our Main Bar in the dining room will be open during hockey games and will also accept cash, credit and debit cards.  If the Main Dining Room Bar is in use, signage will be posted alerting visiting teams to this and beverages may be purchased in the Lounge.  If you purchase beverages in the Lounge, please be sure to let the Bartender know you are returning to the rink so your beverages are in plastic only.  No glass is to be taken into the rink.
  • Parking may be limited.  Please follow signage that is posted. All hockey players and families are asked to enter through the front door, designated by the green canopy.  Hockey equipment is prohibited from the Tower Entrance and Lounge.
  • We are always pleased to host visiting teams and we ask that you please respect signage posted by the club.
