TEAM PARENT INFORMATION

As in years past we are going to continue having a Team parent for each team.  This relieves the coach of having to worry about the concession stand and other duties.  The Team Parent is the liaison between the coach and the team families.  The team parent helps coordinate:


1 Opening day activities for their teams
2 Coordinate concession stand workers
3 Confirm picture date, time and place with coach and contact parents
4 Coordinate groundskeeping
5 Coordinate door to door collection for the team
6 Pass out newsletters
7 Assist with end of the season picnic activities (August)


Please think about helping your team out as team parents or check with other parents to share duties.  When you child's coach contacts you let him know if you would be interested in becoming a Team parent.
