v February 7, 2013 from 5-8pm
v February 8, 2013 from 5-8pm
v February 9, 2013 from 8-2pm
v February 10, 2013 from 2-5pm
Where:
v Clear Spring Legion Activities Building.
Cost:
v $55 per player
Age:
v Child has to be 4 years of age before April 30, 2013.
What you will need for registration…
v You MUST have child’s original birth certificate at registration.
v You MUST have 4 proofs of residency is required with a date of January 1 through February 1, 2013 and must have parent/guardian name, address and date on it. (Examples include: Mortgage/rent, 1 utility bill, financial records, and Driver’s license).
Also, when registering your child/children you will get your raffle tickets.
