Online Registration allows you to update your player's information and pay for league registration via credit card.
At the end, you can print the Form 1601 and mail it to us, or just let us know that you have completed registration, and we can print the Form 1601.
Either way, we need to get your signature on the Form 1601 before practice can start.
Offline (printed) Player Registration
Fill it in online, print it out, mail it in with a copy of the birth certificate (the first year with CYSL):
$65 first child, $55 additional children in the same family.
