WELCOME TO THE 2009 CLARKSVILLE ORIOLES (14U) WEBSITE!
The Clarksville Orioles program is a unique, competitive baseball organization dedicated to offering young athletes the opportunity to compete at their highest achievable level, while teaching, developing and reinforcing the fundamentals of baseball. The goal of the organization is to provide the players with the necessary skill set, discipline, and confidence to be productive members of society. The organization is committed to the overall well-being of each athlete while promoting Christian principles in both training, competition and in life. This site will be used for players and family members to get up to the minute information on such things as game times and locations, practice information, directions, and more. Orioles win 2008 USTBA National Championships
The Clarksville Orioles won the 2008 Eastern National Championship in the National Division of the USTBA National Championships held at Morgan Sports Center in Destin, Florida. The tournament was held from June 28 - July 3, 2008. The Orioles went 2-2 in Pool Play and 2-0 in the Elimination Round. The Orioles defeated the Clermont A's (GA) twice, Destin Dragons (FL), & the Navarre Raiders. They lost to the East Cobb Braves (American Divsion Champions) in extra innings and to the Roswell Hornets.
