Parents - Please note the following:
Fortunately, our swim team is at capacity for the Winter swim season!
Unfortunately, because of the large number of swimmers in the pool we can no longer accomodate individual swimmer requests to practice at days/times other than their group's established schedule.
Swimmers may only attend practice with the group (and at that group's practice days/times) that they registered for unless a coach has instructed otherwise.
Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please see Coach Tim or Coach Kelly.
Tuesday, February 7
The pre-paid personalized Sea Wolves caps previously ordered are now available in the pool office. See one of the coaches to pick up your swimmer's cap.

MEET TYPE
MCSL meets (Mini Meets) are similar to USA swim meets, where all teams attend the same meet. The difference is that MCSL meets are not sanctioned by USA swimming and are geared toward B and C (or beginning) swimmers. This is an opportunity to introduce your swimmer to competitive swim, but without the intensity of a USA swim meet. All mini meets are on Friday evenings; the start times for each meet will be announced as they become available. The expected duration of each meet will be announced when available.

| Championship | March 24, 2012 | TBA | TBA | TBA |
Warm-ups begin at 5:30pm and the meet begins at 6:15pm.
Sign-up sheets with sign-up deadlines will be posted on the bulletin board at the pool prior to each meet.
The cost for each mini-meet is $3.00 per swimmer (not entry). Please make your check payable to "Clarkston Sea Wolves" and put it in the "Meet Checks" envelope on Coach Chock's door. Please also add your swimmer's name(s) and the meet name (e.g., MCSL #3) to the memo line of your check.
Information about each Mini-Meet will be posted as it becomes available.
Reminder – Parents are NOT allowed on the pool deck during practice. If you want to watch your swimmer during practice, please do so from the pool balcony. Parents on the pool deck are a distraction for the swimmers (especially our younger swimmers). Goggle, cap and other issues will be handled by the coaches.
In addition, please note that the coaches are unable to talk to parents once practice has started. Please understand that when the coaches stop to talk to parents during practice, it means that they are not coaching/supervising the 30+ swimmers that are in the pool. If you need to speak with one of the coaches, please contact the pool office at (248) 623-3799 and leave a message. You can also contact the coaches at their email addresses:
coachchock@clarkstonseawolves.com
coachkelly@clarkstonseawolves.com
coachtim@clarkstonseawolves.com
Or, if you have a general question, feel free to ask one of the other swimmer parents in the pool balcony. Our “veteran” parents have already asked these questions and would be more than happy to help you out!
Thank you for your understanding.
Preliminary information about the 2012 Rochester Area Swim League ("RASL") is now available.
MEET TYPEUnlike USA Swimming meets where all teams attend the same meet, RASL meets are dual-team meets, where only two teams compete against each other. RASL meets are not as intense as USA meets and are the perfect opportunity to introduce your swimmer to competitive swimming! And, they're a lot of fun!
There are no swimmer entry fees associated with RASL meets, and except for the Championship meet, there are no spectator admission fees.
Because the number of participating teams continues to grow, this year the league has been split into two divisions - the Red Division and the Blue Division.
The teams competing in RASL during the 2012 season are:
| TEAM | LOCATION |
DIVISION |
| Clarkston Sea Wolves | Clarkston, MI |
Red |
| Lifetime Fitness Stingrays | Rochester Hills, MI |
Red |
| Oakhurst Country Club H2Oaks | Clarkston, MI |

Blue |
| Great Lakes Athletic Club | Lake Orion, MI |
Blue |
| Twin Lakes Golf and Swim Club | Oakland, MI |

At the end of the season, all RASL teams compete in a two-day Championshp Meet. Note that in order for your swimmer to be eligible to swim in the Championship meet, they must compete in at least two (2) regular RASL meets.
