These worksheets can be used to organize your line-ups and to easily do substitutions without having to spend time preparing ahead of time. The substitution system explained in the sample will also help House League coaches ensure that all players receive equal playing time and fair positional rotations. It’s also a great tool for documenting what you did during the game if a player or parent inquires about playing time or opportunities in a specific position!
