All Athletes will be dismissed at 1:45 and the bus will depart at 2:00 SHARP.  Athletes should change at Lunch and arrive to the bus in uniform, sweats, and trainers.  NO STREET CLOTHES on the bus.  
 
Parent volunteers will be needed to help cover timing and results.

All Athletes will be dismissed at 2:30.  Parent drivers will be needed to transport athletes.  Parents will need to be ready to depart by 2:35 PM.  Athletes should change at Lunch and arrive to the front of CKM in uniform, sweats, and trainers.  Please, NO STREET CLOTHES.
 
There is a $5.00 parking fee.  Bring exact change because you will need to fill out a county park evelope and depoist it into the drop box
 
Following the last race, ALL families are invited to Giovanni's Pizza (6200 Folsom Blvd) for a dinner buffet of salad, pizza and soda.

All Athletes are responsible for getting transportation to Folsom HS.  Car Pools are encouraged.  Athletes meet at the corner of 17th & Bidwell at the back of campus by 3:30.  This is NOT an optional practice day.
 
Directions (LINK):  Hwy 50 East.  Exit Prairie City Road.  Turn left back over Freeway.  You will see the Folsom HS Stadium on your right.  After passing the Stadium turn Right at the light.

Team Pictures = In FRONT of School
 
All Athletes will need to be in uniform (and trainers or racers) and out FRONT of CKM by 3:45 for Team Pictures.  Order envelopes will be passed out Monday.  If you do not receive an envelope it is recommended that you bring a check (if you are interested in ordering) on Friday and fill it in at the time of pictures.  If you are bringing cash, please send the exact amount as the photographer does not carry change.

Saturday, October 11th:  The Other Meet Invite
Granite Regional Park:  First Race @ 8:30
Arrive by 6:45 AM for Set Up
 
McClatchy is HOSTING this Invite with Rio Americano HS - Parents will need to help just like at Metro Meet #1 to ensure success.  There are more than 1,000 athletes entered in 7 races (Metro Meet #1 had 200 athletes in 6 races)
 
Athletes (CKM and Mighty Lions) will provide their own transportation to the Invite.  The Team will meet at Granite Regional Park at 6:45 AM.
 
Athletes will arrive in uniform and trainers ready to warm up.  Following their race, Athletes will cool down and cheer on their fellow teammates.

Athletes will be passing out filers for the Susan B. Anthony 5K race in River Park.  Fliers will alert neighbors of the event happening on Saturday.  E-Mail Cindy Nalepa-Nelson if you can assist diving athletes over to River Park (Off Fair Oaks Blvd by Sac State).

All Athletes and their families are invited to attend the BBQ as well as the informational meeting.  This event will be for the McClatchy Track & Field and Cross Country Teams.  Required district paperwork will be available.  As well as additional information regarding practice times, days, CC Camp in Marin, Team expectations and much more.
