CJSL (Est. 1933) has established a legacy pre-dating the United States Soccer Federation. Enriched with continued Influences from both the Old Word and the New, the league is gearing up to meet the challenges before it.

CJSL - Director of Coaching
The Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League is looking to hire a Director of Coaching. The Director of Coaching will be responsible for marketing, organizing and formulating the CJSL Select-ODP Program. Please send your resume to CJSL Office 850 62nd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11220. After a review of resumes the candidates deemed most qualified will be called in for an interview. Salary will be based on candidates resume and interview. Be advised that the CJSL Director of Coaching cannot be affiliated with any CJSL Team or Club at time of appointment.

January 1 – 16: Window open to register all teams online.
This must be done by all teams, even if they played in the Fall, even if
they sent in a form in the Summer or Fall and especially if they are new
for the season!
January 20 – Division Parings will be emailed out.
January 25 – Last day for any changes or additions to the pairings.
February 9 – Schedule will be sent out for fields and times.
February 20 – Last day for all schedules to be returned to JimSven12@verizon.net with all fields and times. If there are spots missing, the league will schedule your games away or at another field.
March 2 – Completed schedules will be emailed to all clubs.
League games will take place on the following weekends:
March 14, 15 April 4, 5 May 2, 3 June 6, 7
March 21, 22 April 18, 19 May 9, 10 June 13, 14
March 28, 29 April 25, 26 May 16, 17 June 20, 21
May 30, 31
All teams should NOT plan to attend tournaments and other games during these dates.
There will be no changes in the schedule after March 1 except for state cup away game conflicts.
Any requests for exceptions to that must be made online and submitted to the Games Chairman at least 2 weeks in advance.
All changes will have a fee of $25 attached to it except for state cup conflicts or weather related.

1996 and 1997 CJSL Select/ODP Teams will participate in a Tournament vs. other Eastern New York Select/ODP teams and be evaluated by Eastern New York State Coaches with a possible selection to the Eastern New York State Program. Also Eastern New York State Coaches will attend some of our 1996 and 1997 CJSL Select/ODP team Practices Sessions to evaluate potential players.
