F09 SCD Girl's Schedules and Standings rev 11/16/09
Club Presidents/Club Representatives,

Attached is the final standings for the girls divisions.  All scores have been submitted.  I want to commend everyone for doing their part in making this a very successful season.  There was one fine issued for the entire season.  There were very few yellow cards issued as well.  Congrats to those who won their respective divisions.  Information regarding t-shirts will be talked about at Tuesday's district meeting.

Any questions or concerns, please do not hestiate to contact me via email or at tomorrow's meeting.

F09 SCD Girls Information and Divisional Breakdown rev 8-19-09
Attached (email form) or below (website) you will find the fall 2009 boys and girls divisions.  We have made some changes to the format for scheduling, as well as the seasonal formats.  For specifications please see below:

Team Contact Information:

In order to make scheduling run extra smooth, we are requesting all clubs submit the attached team contact information sheet to scdboyscommissioners@gmail.com by August 14th, 2009 for boys teams and to scdgirlscommissioners@gmail.com for the girls teams.

If a club fails to provide any information prior to this date we will place the Club Representative’s information on our contact sheets.  We will then pass out all divisional contact information at the August SCD meeting.  This is for all U-10 boys and girls as well.

Game Reports:

The HOME TEAM is responsible for submitting the game reports via the Bravenet Forms Processor.  We must receive reports from all games scheduled to be played in September by October 1st, all games scheduled to be played in October by November 1st and all games scheduled to be played in November must be received by November 16th.

Both the home team and away team should print out a game report form from the SCD website so you have an accurate game report, which should be signed by the officiating crew and kept by the coach/manager in case of score-related issues.

Home/Away:
As you can see, all teams will only play each other once.  That being said, we do not anticipate any games being played after the completion of the season (November 15th).  The Commissioners are requesting that all teams play at least two games in September and four games in October.

Game Issues:
If any club has issues regarding other club’s failure to communicate, the clubs should bring this information to the Commissioners.  We should not be helping you after the fact.

League games take priority over all friendly games.  If you are in the Connecticut Cup or plan to play in a tournament this fall you should schedule the games around the probable game times.

The team submission deadline has now passed however we are allowing towns to show up to schedule non-league games during their scheduling period.
