2010 Cincy Volleyball Club Information

14’s

This year Cincy VBC will be fielding a 14’s American team.

Practices will be held at Price Hill Community Center twice a week (1.5 hrs) starting in January with first tournament in early February.

The team will compete in 6-8 tournaments depending on availability. Below is a possible tournament schedule.

- Central Zone Invitational (Louisville) – 2/6-7

- South Metro Sports (Centerville, OH) – 2/27

- American Challenge (Tiffin, OH) – 3/13 – 14

- American Challenge @ Sports Express (Mason) 3/20-21

- Host Tournament at MSJ (Cincinnati) - 4/10 or 4/11

- NKJV Aces Challenge (Northern KY) – 4/25?

- OVR Championships (Columbus) - mid May

- KIVA Memorial Day Classic (Louisville) – May 29-31

**Individual team tournament schedules will be finalized at the parent player meeting in November**

Fees for the 14’s season are $900 broken up into three payments.

- 1^st payment = $400 is due upon accepting team position by November 25, 2009.

-2^nd payment = $250 is due no later than January 22, 2010.

- 3^rd payment = $250 is due no later than February 26 , 2010.

Coaches’ Registration /

Certifications & Background checks - $15

Uniforms (2 jerseys) - $90

Gym rental - $275

Tournament Fees - $250

Coaches Pay - $150

Coaches Travel (hotel and gas) - $50

Extra Equipment

(Volleyballs, carts, medical kits…) - $20

Fundraising will be available throughout the season to help with costs.
