Glad to see that things can be done without the "old lefty." Keep swingin' boys!!! Things in the circle-city are well. Hey Soto....met Jack Parkhurst at the all-star game. He better have had given you the bird for me!..
Later boys,

BALLS
Okay, I was thinking the game summary should have gone more like this: Yankees beat Dragons again. Dragons' six hole hitter and part-time first baseman in the game can't wait back on off-speed stuff and makes himself look like a bonehead with a swinging bunt that almost makes it to the infield grass to end the game! Congratulations on the win. It was frustrating, but you guys came out and took it to us. If we don't play again in the regular season, I'm sure we will meet in the tournament. Good luck the rest of the way. And just remember, there are more important and impressive things than beating us twice this year. I know I can drink more beer than any THREE of you, so there!!!!

| I was thinking the game summary of the Dragons/Yankees should have gone something like this: Yankees defeat Dragons 9-5 in 4 1/2 innings (high school game cut us short). Yankees benefited from numerous walks by Dragons' pitchers, as well as 9 stolen bases off of the Dragons' geriatric catcher. Yankees hit one ball hard all game, and it should have been caught. In short, Dragons hand game to Yankees --- typical Dragons. |

| Great Job Jason! I like this website. Now let's see if you can keep this site updated during the entire season. |
