Kincaid Friday, interval skate, noon start, boys 10K, girls 7.5K, all Open 5K. Kincaid Saturday, classic relay, noon start, boys 4X4.3K, girls 4X3.3K, Open boys 4.3K, Open girls 3.3K. CHUGIAK GIRLS WIN STATE CHAMPIONSHIP!
For the first time in school history, the Chugiak girls won the State ski championship, while the boys took third. The girls and boys combined times for the three days of competition was tops in the state, as was their combined relay times. A great weekend of skiing for Chugiak. CHS SKIERS MAKE ALL-STATE TEAM
Sarissa Lammers (fr), Kinsey Loan (sr), Krysti McPhetres (sr), Alex Loan (so), and Isaac Lammers (jr) named to the Alaska High School All-State Ski Team by virtue of their top-10 overall placing in the State meet--the most ever for a Chugiak team. Congrats! Wednesday, March 16

The Chugiak girls competing at JO's in Minneapolis, Kinsey Loan, Krysti McPhetres, and Sarissa Lammers, are the 3rd place high school team at the 2011 JO's, while the CHS boys (Ben Fitzgerald, Isaac Lammers, Alex Loan, and David McPhetres) took 6th. Way to go! Sunday, February 20
