Tuesday, October 6Coach Chaffin's Notes from November Booster Club Meeting
1. Schedules were distributed. They are also available on this website. A further updated schedule will be available at the next meeting. It will be broken down by Varsity and Junior Varsity.
2. Stay on top of grades! Any player who fails two or more classes will not be allowed to play in the spring. Also monitor attendance.
3. Information on ACT test in available in the guidance office.
4. Information on NCAA Clearinghouse is available at ncaa.org
5. Be sure your son has had an eye exam. Good eyesight is essential for good baseball.
6. For those needing shoes, now is a good time to check internet sites for deals. Players need RED shoes, not white or black with red.
7. Please make coach aware of any college visits, tryouts, showcases, league games, etc. (See his handout for explanation.)
8. If players are absent from practice due to illness, email Coach at chaffinb1@k12tn.net.
9. Annual ANVIL event will be November 23rd after school.
