To place your child/children on the waiting list we will need the following information:
1. Players Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Address where they live
4. Parent name and BEST contact phone number

 Registration Fees
T-Ball - $100
A - $125
AA - $160
AAA - $175
Majors - $175
Juniors - $175
Seniors - $175

Player's uniform is included in Registration fee!

 All sign ups after January 21st will have a price increase of $20.00 per player.

A $3 fee charged for all credit/debit card transactions will be charged.

   All 2012 Spring Little League Forms are available to print by clicking Here !

Please bring the following with you to registration:

1. Registration requires two proofs of residency. (Driver's license, utility bill, car registration, mortgage)
*No cell phone bills!
*Please note that proofs of residency will be required even if you are a returning player.
2. Child's Birth Certificate
3. Completed Registration Form (3 copies per child)
4. Medical Release Form (1 Copy per child)
5. (Optional) Volunteer Form

*If you plan on being involved with the kids on the baseball field, you're required to fill out and turn in a completed Volunteer Form.  There is a $10 fee associated with this form.  It covers the cost of the background check along with becoming a Cheyenne Little League Member for the entire 2012 season.

 Are you are a dedicated Cheyenne Little League member and are you willing to devote your time to helping our league succeed?  While at registration, please put your name and contact information down, to be considered for the Board of Directors.  See one of the current board members at any of the registration dates to be considered for interview.  Thank You!
