My name is Mike Cianci. I have been a coach with Cheyenne Little League for the last 6 seasons and last year I was afforded the opportunity to serve on the Board Of Directors as the coaches agent. It has been a great experience and one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. I've learned a lot in the past year and would like to continue to lean more by continuing to serve. The time I spend at the field with my family, friends and all the players is something I look forward to everyday. I have been in love with this game since I was a kid and always trying to pass that feeling on. I have been around for a while and watching these kids get older, stronger, smarter and better is really fun to see. I would continue to strive to make the league better every year. I am at Seastrand field all the time and if you have any questions or would like to talk please don't hesitate. I appreciate your consideration.
Mike Cianci

Hello Cheyenne Little League,
My name is Ryan Loy and I have proudly served as the leagues equipment manager for the past two seasons. I enjoy helping in the day to day operations of Cheyenne Little League. I have 4 children in two different divisions and I'm at the ball field everyday. I have been with Cheyenne Little League for 5 years and want to see the league keep heading in the right direction. I feel it has improved over the last year and would still like to see more improvement. I have enjoyed meeting many people on the different teams and would appreciate your vote.
Thank You,
Ryan Loy
Hello Cheyenne Little League,
My name is Michelle Loy and I have taken pride in being part of Cheyenne Board of Directors for the past 2 seasons. While I have been part of the board I have been in charge of the concession stand. I have 4 boys that love playing ball with Cheyenne Little League. Between their games, friends games, and board duties I am at the fields almost every night. I feel by being on the board I have been able to help Cheyenne Little League move back into the direction of success. I appreciate your time in considering to re-elect me for the 2012-2013 Board of Directors.
Sincerely,
Michelle Loy
My name is Vanessa Tillman and I have served on CLL BOD for 3 complete years now. I started with the position Treasurer and now hold both Treasurer and Secretary. It has been a fun but at times challenging experience. One does not realize how much work goes on behind the scenes to run a league. With every season I learn more and more. I enjoy watching my kids as well as all the other kids in the league playing a sport they love. Their is no better feeling than your child looking up at you in the stands after they make a great play or had a great hit. I would like to continue to help this league so that my kids and all the others can experience the joy of baseball. I would like to ask for your vote for the 2012-13 BOD.
Thanks!
Vanessa Tillman
My name is Bob Tillman. I have been a coach in Cheyenne Little League for five years now and plan on coaching as long as my kids want me too. For the past three seasons I have managed two teams. I really enjoy teaching these kids the game of baseball and watching them grow older, smarter and better.
Two years ago I was asked to join the CLL Board of Directors. I was a little hesitant at first, I had no idea how much work and time it took to run the league. Since joining the BOD I have held the positions of Equipment Manager and Vice President.
I believe we have made great head way in getting the league heading in the right direction, but our work is not done. With your support I will continue to serve the kids of Cheyenne Little League. If you have any questions for me please don’t hesitate to ask. I will be at the baseball fields on any given night. I appreciate your consideration.
Bob Tillman
I would like to have my name on the ballot for BOD I been with Cheyenne LL
since 2007. Been on the BOD 2010-2011 as a Coach's Agent Assistant and
was reelected 2011- 2012 and currently hold the position as Umpire In Chief
Thank You
Johnny Muro
Two years ago, I was on a team with a brand new coach, which needed assistance. Even though I had never before been a team Mom or kept score for baseball, I offered my assistance and learned how to keep score and assist my coach to the best of my abilities. Since then I have been a team mom again and kept score also for that team, and continue to expand my knowledge of LL Baseball.
Assisting the Coaches and keeping score has helped me to learn more about baseball, and set an example for my son, on how to put 100% into something that you are involved in and nothing less.
As of this year, after an interview, I was given the opportunity to fill an open position on the Board for the 2012 Spring Ball Season. I am very glad I was able to see first-hand what it takes to be a Board Member, and to make sure that I could fulfill the needs that are required for this position. I strong believe that I am more than capable of fulfilling all the requirements that are necessary to be a positive, supportive, strong Cheyenne Little League Board Member. Yes, I am available on Saturdays!
Anything I do I put 100% into and follow through with the best of my abilities. I will have the same energy and drive, if I am re-elected to serve of the Board for the 2012-2013 Season.
~Nicole Parker
My name is Cordell Hendrex. I have been serving on the BOD for the past year as the safety officer and have been a part of Cheyenne Little League for the past 3 years as a parent and coach. I am asking for your consideration for re-election for the next years Board Of Directors. It has been a pleasure getting to know so many of the parents and players that make up Cheyenne Little League this year. I am hoping to be re-elected so that I can continue to serve you, your children and this community. As a board member I will continue to receive your feedback on ways that we as a board can improve the overall Little League experience. I have been and will always be an advocate for our children as long as I am with Cheyenne Little League whether as a board member or a parent/coach. Thank you for your consideration and I hope you allow me to continue to be a voice for our players on the board.
Thank You,
Cordell Hendrex

I would love to represent the league again this next season. My three sons have played in this league for years and will continue too. Hi my name is Richerd Buchanan and I have been on the BOD for a fall and a spring season as player agent. I am running for BOD because in the last year I have enjoyed helping people out with questions they have about how our league is run, also I look foward to continue getting our league back on track like we have been doing since I have been a board member. I have 3 sons that play in our league and look foward to helping you and your kids in the future.
Thanks
Richard Buchanan
Hello Parents and Coaches
I would like to begin by introducing myself. My name is Jorge Alvarez and I have been part of CLL since 2008, when my youngest son first became interested in baseball. Soon after my first year I decided to get involved by becoming an assistant coach. In seeing the way the kids were progressing and responding to my coaching style, that was very rewarding to me that in itself motivated me to give back to the community and continue developing kids to become better athletes and just learn to have fun playing baseball. I took the challenge of managing my own team for the last two seasons, and I’m presently managing my Tigers teams this year.
I served in the Army from 1991 to 1997 and discharged with Honors. I have a Degree in Business Administration, and currently have been working as a Financial Consultant for the past 12 years. Since the time I got involved in the league I have seen a lot of growth and improvement, and CLL has come a long way since then, but there is much more to be done. The league has had its challenges with the rising operation costs in the last few years and with my experience in finance I would be a great asset to this league and our community.
I enjoy being part of this league and know we can make it a better league for the ones that matter the most, OUR CHILDREN.
Thank you for your consideration
Jorge Alvarez
