The Chesapeake Bay Chiefs Amateur Youth Hockey Club is a family-oriented ice hockey program dedicated to the development of sportsmanship and hockey skills for young people of all ages. The Chiefs offer travel a travel hockeyprogram, and has been operating for the past 30 years. USA Hockey Registration Now Open
Guide to Online Registration
The USA Hockey season goes from September 1 through August 31 of each year.
Online registration for the 2008-09 season will be available starting May 1, 2008.
1. Go to www.usahockey.com and click on the “register, online” button, or you can find a direct link to USA Hockey through the GSC website.
2. Choose member type Ice Player.
3. You must be 18 years of age to process a registration. Check the box that acknowledges that YOU the parent are 18 or older.
4. Select the correct season – 2008-09. USA Hockey will not refund fees if you accidentally register for 2007-08. You will have to repeat this process and register for 2008-09.
5. Follow the prompts…fill in all data correctly. You must enter your child's name as it appears on their birth certificate. NO NICKNAMES
6. Process payment – Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). A Visa gift card can be used for payment if no credit card is available
7. You may print your Confirmation page at this time. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed. Once you receive the confirmation email from USA Hockey, forward it to your team manager she will collect all of them and forward to the club registrar. USA Hockey Fees: Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30 if age 7 or older. The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2002) and younger but the registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number.

Chiefs Teams looking to add Players
The Squirt team is looking to add skaters to their team. Anyone who is interested in joining the team or has questions about the selections should contact Coach Steve spazulski@aol.com or phone at 240-676-9999.
The PeeWee team is looking to add a few more skaters to round out their team for the season, if you are interested in joining the PeeWee team please contact Coach Todd Popham, email apopham@aol.com .
The Bantam team is looking to add another goalie to round out their team for the season, if you are interested in joining the Bantam team please contact Coach Greg Sage, email Gsage5@comcast.net .
The Midget U16 and Midget U18 teams are looking to add addtional players and Goalies to fill out their rosters. If you are intersted you can contact the coaches directly. Please check back we will be adding a supplemental tryout for U16 and U18.

Chesapeake Bay Chiefs Amateur Youth Hockey Club is looking for Coaches for the 2008-09 Season.
We are looking for individuals interested in helping young people learn and excel at the game of ice hockey. For the 2008-09 season, we hope to field at least one team at each level through Bantam and at least two teams at the Midget level. We offer: A coaching stipend to offset out of pocket costs, Full ice as well as half ice practices, Open tryouts, and, Assistance with cost of attending coaching clinics.
