CT Dugout Club
This club was formed by the coaches, parents, and Athletic Director when CT opened in 2003. Our “Vision” includes the following:
- Provide a support system of parents, teachers, neighbors, and local businesses for our players and coaches.
- Support the program thru fundraising. Outfield Signs, Program Ads, Inning-A-Thon, and Golf Tournament.
- Build a relationship within the community by participating in community events such as Build-A-Bear and the Children’s Hospital 5k.
- Make the CT baseball facility one of the finest in the State.
- Provide incentives for parents to reduce the cost of spring, summer, and fall baseball.
“We will encourage involvement FROM our community and involve ourselves IN the community”. Our Dugout Club will meet once a month March – July. Dugout Club meetings are not mandatory and are open to all to get involved and have a voice in our program. Our Dugout Club funds go toward the Year End Banquet, Team Meals, concession needs, Press Box needs, Senior Day, Field Improvements, equipment, and all the other facility needs that come up through the course of our season.
It is because of the overwhelming support from our baseball community that we have had tremendous success on the field and have a top notch baseball facility. In six years we have added cages, JV Bullpens, soft toss nets, 600 seat capacity bleachers, concession stand, press box, stereo system, resurfaced varsity field, windscreens, pitching machines, scoreboard, 35 trees outside varsity field, commercial mower, infield drag, and many essential equipment items for day to day use.
Online Payments
Families can choose to make online payments by credit card. Simply go to our website, click on “On-line payments” and choose the payment you wish to make. Payments can be made for Dugout Club Membership, Summer Baseball, Golf Tournament, and Fall Baseball.

Fundraising
The Dugout Club conducts a variety of fundraisers to offset yearly expenses. We “Focus” on one general fundraising goal for our facility each year. Participation by parents, players, and the community has been tremendous. See how you can get involved and receive a credit to offset expenses.
Inning-A-Thon:
This is our main fundraiser of the year. The Inning-A-Thon is a 50 inning game that will take place on Saturday March 17th from 8am-4pm. We have partnered up with Del Taco to provide food. This is also the date of our “Meet the Cougars” lunch. All teams and players will be announced. This gives families a chance to meet other parents and players and allows us all to come together as a group and share a meal. All players are expected to raise $250 for this event. In case of inclement weather, we will hold a Wiffle Ball Championship Tournament in the gyms.

Team Dinners
It has been a standing tradition with the Varsity team to gather as a group and enjoy meals at someone’s house. We also eat at Wingstop on several occasions throughout the season. This is and has been a great team building activity for us over the years. Each team is welcome to take part in this tradition to build team spirit within its own group. Families can take turns having the players over for dinner. A schedule can be set up with the Head Coach and Team Rep.
Photos
All teams are encouraged to take photos and submit them to be posted on our Website in the Photo Album section. These pictures will also be utilized in the program and at the Year End Banquet.
