CheerWorkShop/CWS Saints, Inc. was established by the sister coaching team of Alishia (Lampley) Hankerson and Sheryl (Lampley) Ripley. As Co-Owners/Co-Founders of CheerWorkShop/CWS Saints, Inc., we both share an extraordinary passion for competitive cheerleading & tumbling; and, as natives of Hamilton, OH, we have a huge heart for the youth within our community and the surrounding communities. CheerWorkShop was built on the foundation of our faith in Jesus Christ.  We are CO-owners, not because there are two of us, but because we have placed God as the sole Owner and overseer of our organization. The gym is our ministry and our way to exemplify the love of Christ to all with which we come in contact. We are truly a FAMILY here at CWS and we welcome you to join us in making our dream a reality.

CheerWorkShop offers cheer, tumbling, and stunt instruction at the most affordable cost in this area - GUARANTEED!!!  Our instructors hold over 30 years experience in cheerleading, tumbling, and dance and are dedicated to assisting your child in reaching his/her fullest potential. CheerWorkShop not only focuses on cheer, tumbling, dance, and stunt training & instruction, we also emphasize the enrichment and/or development of exceptional character qualities such as

We expect excellence at CheerWorkShop. High expectations = successful individuals.  CheerWorkShop/CWS Saints is unique in that we BUILD our athletes from the ground up! While some of our athletes join our family with intermediate-advanced level tumbling and stunting, we also welcome beginners! There's no need to feel like you have to have any tumbling and/or stunting experience before you become a part of our NEW CHEER EXPERIENCE. We welcome the challenge and ALWAYS enjoy the end result of you being "M.A.D.E" (My Attitude Determines Everything) right here at CheerWorkShop! We require our athletes to believe that there's no limit to what can be accomplished. With your motivation and commitment, our top-quality coaches & instructors will train you to reach your FULLEST potential, enabling you to perform the best cheer, tumbling & stunt skills ever!

Competitive cheerleading is a one-of-a-kind sport in that it requires the consistent backing and support of the entire family for the athlete to be successful. We truly care about our athletes and we offer them a positive and inspiring environment in which to grow and learn. We believe that competitive cheerleading and dance is one of the greatest overall body conditioning activities in which your child could be involved.

The CWS Saints, Inc., All Star Cheer & Dance organization was founded in an effort to give each and every youth in the community and the surrounding communities the opportunity to enjoy a TOP QUALITY cheer experience.  The CWS Saints are well known for their dynamic tumbling, high-flyin' jumps, and crowd appeal!  Our competition cheer program began in January 2005 with one (1) cheer squad, which consisted of nine (9) cheerleaders.  It has now grown to over seventy-five (75) cheer and dance members, which make up four (4) All Star cheer squads and two (2) Hip-Hop dance squads...and we are STILL growing. We have now added Hip-Hop dance to our program.  Our athletes always work extremely hard, which is evident by their outstanding accomplishments (as of 4/09) of over forty (40) 1st Place trophies, which include nineteen (19) National Championships and eleven (11) Grand Championships (high score of the entire competition). God has blessed us tremendously and we give Him all the glory!
