October 2009 Events:
- HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL OCTOBER BABIES!!!
- The CWS COSTUME CRAZY JAM!!! Enjoy a costume contest, bobbin' for apples, games, and of course dancin'! Parents/Coaches - you are more than welcome to dress up as well!!! Be there, with ALL of your friends, on Friday, October 30th, 7pm-11pm at CheerWorkShop. Don't miss it!
Admission - Members: $3 (ALL CWS members); Guests: $5 (guests must be accompanied by a member)
- CHEER & DANCE MADNESS!!! Our quarterly gym-wide fundraiser. Come out and enjoy the fun!!! Our next Cheer & Dance Madness event is scheduled for Friday, NOVEMBER 20th from 6pm-12am at CheerWorkShop. Pizza and drinks will be served. Parents - drop your child off and enjoy a nice and quiet evening at home or out on the town! Age Limit is 5 yrs old (4 year old CWS athletes permitted - of course). We welcome parents to stay and join the fun as well. Guests are permitted, but MUST complete a Liability Form prior to participation, be accompanied by a current member and be at least 5 years of age or older. Come and join us for food, fun, games, and prizes! Don't miss out on all of the fun!
Admission - $10 (SAVE! $5 If you bring a canned good or non-perishable item).
- Showcase of Champions: Come on out for food, fun, prizes and a sneak peak of what the CWS Saints All Star Cheer & Dance squads will be bringing to the competition floor this season! Invite ALL of your friends and family members for a little time of fun and excitement on November 7th at 6PM. Enjoy a split the pot, raffles, desserts and fun! Parents will be hosting a Bake Sale!
Admission - $2 per person
- Comp #1: October 11th @ Fairfield HS Arena - Greater Midwest Cheer Expo: Let's Go Saints!!! RESULTS: Senior Level 4 finished 2nd, only being .5 points away from taking 1st Place! Congrats ladies on an AWESOME performance!
PLEASE REMEMBER: THERE WILL BE NO OPEN GYM SEPTEMBER THROUGH MARCH. OPEN GYM RESUMES (1ST & 3RD FRIDAYS OF THE MONTH) IN APRIL 2010. THANK YOU!
PRACTICE GEAR GUIDE
Please follow the practice gear guide below to know what to wear for your practices. ALL SQUADS will adhere to this guide (unless otherwise noted):
1st practice of week (week beginning on Monday): PURPLE CWS t-shirt/black shorts
2nd practice of week: WHITE CWS t-shirt/purple shorts
3rd practice of week: BLACK CWS t-shirt/gray shorts
NOTE: Mini Level 1 only has 2 practice outfits and will wear regular gym attire to the third practice, which is on Saturday and will consist of mostly tumbling and stunt instruction.Welcome to CheerWorkShop!

Our CWS Saints All Star cheer & dance program is unique in that we BUILD our athletes from the ground up! While some of our athletes join our family with intermediate-advanced level tumbling and stunting, we also have and welcome beginners! There's no need to feel like you have to have any specific tumbling and/or stunting skill before you become a part of our NEW CHEER EXPERIENCE. We welcome the challenge and ALWAYS enjoy the end result of you being "M.A.D.E" right here at CheerWorkShop! We expect excellence and require our athletes to believe that there's no limit to what they can accomplish. With your motivation and commitment, we are confident that our top-quality instructors can train any athlete to reach his/her FULLEST potential!
CheerWorkShop's Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide our members affordable and quality cheer & tumbling instruction that will equip them to be Ohio's Best in cheer & tumbling. Through our foundation in Christ, CWS offers a NEW CHEER EXPERIENCE, and aims to build character, self-determination and a positive attitude within our members.

All squads for the 2009-2010 season have been selected and all open spots have been filled. Evaluations are now closed. However, if you would have liked to cheer for us this season, but missed both the formal and private evaluations, come on in, join the gym, and participate in our tumbling program to prepare yourself for next season's evaluations!
We are looking forward to a very exciting and fun-filled 2009-2010 Cheer Season!

- CWS Member Account Access is now LIVE!!! Go to Customer Portal Page to sign in NOW! Online bill pay is COMING SOON!!! But, right now, you may view your account balance and pay your bill at CheerWorkShop. We will inform you as to when you will be able to pay your bill online. Your User ID wil be the email address you have on file at CWS. Enter your email address and then click I don't know my password. You will be assigned a password, which will immediately be sent to your email address. After receiving your password, return to the Customer Portal Log In Page and simply log in! You may change your User ID and/or password once you have logged in.
