Your child is invited to participate with Desoto County's first cheer squad for youth with special needs. Your child will be a member of a cheer squad that performs in cheer competitions with similar squads from other parts of the country. The children will perform in full cheer gear representing the Southaven Wildcats family of teams.
The children will work with cheer coaches, as well as, other adult and youth volunteers including several educators who are employed by Desoto County Schools.
Gym fees wil be $45.00 a month to participate on this team. Remainder fees include uniform and travel expenses. Sponsorships will be provided to help with all costs for the program.
