Congratulations this year's collegiate cheerleaders!
victoria king
This past spring, Cheer Savannah had 6 of our very own seniors to be named to various collegiate cheerleading rosters. Victoria King can be found on the sideline of the University of South Carolina cheering on the gamecocks! Megan Long & Elizabeth Pirkle both made the Valdosta State University Cheerleading team, Olivia Reed made the Georgia College & State University Cheerleading squad, Erin dennis is now a member of the Armstrong Atlantic team, & Bailey Pedigo joined the North ga College team! Most of these athletes will be competing at College Nationals as well as cheering on the sidelines for the school's sports teams. They have worked hard and have earned this honor through years of dedication, sweat, tears, and perserverance. Not only are they amazing cheerleaders, they are amazing kids and overachieving students with great attitude and conduct. We are very proud of the choices our athletes make that put them in the position to be successful in LIFE! We are so proud of you all and will miss you tremendously! YOU DID IT! We Believe!

Cheering at the next level...

The Britt girls with Paige & Katie

Many of our athletes have graduated high school and gone on to cheer at the collegiate level.  We are especially proud of three alums who are now simultaneously cheering for the UGA Bulldogs on scholarship!  These Bulldogs cheered together on our senior teams known as Island Girls and Senoritas.  Paige grew up at Cheer Savannah and was a part of our very first team.  Katie & Lauren joined us four years later after getting their start in gymnastics.  We contribute much of our success to these three amazing athletes who are not only talented, but hard working and smart young ladies who made good choices and hence put themselevs in the position to be able to live their dream.  Personally the Britt Family attends most football games to cheer on #58 Demarcus Dobbs--but to have three of our own there on the sidelines cheering for him, and posing for us---we are one proud family! You did it ladies! GOO DAWGS! Sick em! woof woof woof!
