CHEERLEADING MOTIONS




Drill Description:
1). Half High V: Place your right hand on your hips, and your left hand in a High V position. You may reverse this motion by placing your left hand on your hips and your right hand in a High V position.
2). Half Low V: Place your right hand on your hips and your left hand in a Low V position. You may also reverse this position.
3). Right L: Place your right arm in a Basic T motion. Your arm should be straight out to the side and your fists should be facing the ground. Place your left arm in a Goal Post motion.
4). Left L: Place your left arm in a Basic T motion, and your right arm in a Goal Post position.
5). Right Diagonal: Place your left arm in a High V motion, and place your right arm in a Low V motion.
6). Left Diagonal: Place your right arm in a High V motion, and place your left arm in a Low V motion.
