X JUMP

Jump Description:
1). Begin with your feet together and your hands clapped.
2). Hit a High V motion and move up onto your toes.
3). Circle your arms in front of your body and bend your knees, preparing
yourself to jump.
4). Jump up as high as you can. Hit your arms in a high V motion, and kick your legs outwards to the side. The goal is for your body to look like an X.
5). Snap your legs back together for the landing. You should land with your feet together and your hands by your side.
Reminders: Keep your toes pointed, and do not kick your legs to far apart. Snap your feet back together when you land.
Possible Counts:
Clap hands together on 8. Hit a High V on 1, hold 2. Circle your arms on 3. Jump on count 4, land on 5. Clean (standing straight with your feet together and arms by your side) on 6, and hold on 7. This jump is an easy and good jump to do at games. You can also perform it as a squad in a routine!
