TUCK JUMP

Jump Description:
1). Begin with your feet together and your hands clapped together.
2). Move your arms to a High V and go up onto your toes.
3). Circle your arms in front of you and bend your legs, getting ready for your jump.
4). Jump up off the ground as high as you can. Hit your arms in a High V position, and tuck your legs up to your waist. Remember to keep your toes pointed.
Possible Counts:
Clap hands on count 1. Hold 2. Hit a HighV on 3 and hold 4. Circle your harms on 5. Jump on 6. Land on 7 and hold 8.
