HURDLER JUMP

Jump Description:
1). Begin with your feet together and your hands in a clap position.
2). Hit a HighV and raise up onto your toes.
3). Circle your arms in front of your body and bend your knees to prepare
for your jump.
4). When you jump, one leg (whichever one is more comfortable) will be kick forward and level to your waist. The other leg will be bent behind and to the side, level with your waist. The idea is to look like a hurdler in
track.
5). Snap your feet together and finish in a standing position.
