PIKE JUMP

Jump Description:
1). First begin with your feet together and your hands in a clapped position.
2). Hit a High V and raise onto your toes.
3). Circle your arms in front of your body and bend your knees to prepare
to jump.
4).When jumping, bring your legs straight out in front of you. Your legs should be level with your waist, toes pointed, and your arms reaching forward towards your toes.
5). Snap your legs back to the ground and finish in a standing position.
