Season to commence 3rd February.

There were still players who did not pay their fees, these players unfortunately will not be welcomed back in 2010. So before you nominate a team for next season, please check with all your current players that they paid. 

THERE WILL BE FITNESS SESSIONS DURING THE OFF SEASON

IMPROVE YOUR FITNESS

Here's your chance to improve your fitness during the season. Fitness training sessions will continue every Tuesday night and have been extended to 45 minutes! Please come along and support these sessions and try out our new varied structure to keep it interesting - you'll soon reap the benefits! The people who attend have found increased levels of fitness and are enjoying their netball more.

Kelly lets you work at your own pace and afterall the pain only lasts a couple of days! :)
Seriously, it is a great opportunity to work with one of Qld's best personal trainers.

Non Players are welcome so bring a friend!
Sessions are 6pm to 6.45pm every Tuesday and the cost is a minimal $5 per person!

Junior Netball

Note: If you use Paypal which we prefer: Your receipt will be headed Nutrition Club Australia. An official Cannon Hill District Netball Association receipt will also be issued.
