At the end of 3, score 6-5 Jeff Davis. The pitching and defensive woes reared there ugly head in the 4th as Jeff Davis would score 5 runs off of 1 hit, to increase their lead to 11-5. The Indians scored 3 more in their half of the 4th as Daniel Crosby led off with a single. Colby Rhoden drew his 3rd walk of the game and Maggart followed with a single to score Crosby. Charlton scored a lone run in the 6th as Smith started the inning with a single and would later score on an RBI ground out by Crosby. That would be the closest the Indians would get for the rest of the game, as Jeff Davis added 3 more runs in the final 2 innings. Final Score: 14-9. Maggart would walk to continue the inning and later score on a crazy sac fly foul out off the bat of Byron Knowles. Derek Carter singled and would score on an RBI single by Colby Rhoden. Score 6-5 after 3. In the top off the 4th, Indian pitching would hit a road bump and would allow the Blue Tide to score 6 runs to take an 11-6 lead. Charlton would not give up, scoring 5 in their half of the 4th to tie it up. The inning started with a walk to Reggie Hall and he would move into to scoring position with a stolen base.
