Trust fund for Parsons Family
As you are all aware Ian Parsons, a good friend to the entire community and a very important person to many of our children, passed away suddenly on Saturday Feb. 21st.
The sudden nature of Ian’s death has created unexpected expenses. In order to make certain that the family is able to take the necessary time to grieve and to ease the financial burden, a trust fund has been established at the Assiniboine Credit Union under the name – Parsons Family - donations can be made at any branch at your earliest convenience. Memorial Service scheduled for Friday 2:00 pm @ Charleswood United Church
This is a note to people who have offered to help out. After the service at the church, the gathering will take place at James and Jen Antonik's (James is Kristen's cousin and was Ian's best friend) @ 54 Shier in River West Park.
Dainties and sandwiches are being donated by St. Charles School, however we are expecting a large gathering and are hoping you can chip in and bring either dainties, sandwiches, veggie platter, fruit tray or cheese platter. If it is convenient for you to drop off the tray earlier in the day, that would be very much appreciated. If it is more convenient for you to drop off something at my place, I can get it there.
