Preseason Workout Program

These are some training exercises that the girls (and parents?) can do over the next few weeks. There are exercises that are done without the ball and some with the ball. An ideal workout would be to select one w/o the ball and then another with the ball. You can also add juggling, passing, dribbling with moves, etc. as your ball workout as well. Mix it up and try to keep it fun. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me.
