DIAMOND DOG DIGEST

Chamblee offense powers North over South in the 2009 DeKalb County Senior All Star game at MLK. E. Coble went yard twice for two RBI's and M. Lindemann hit the scoreboard with a 3 run home run in the 7-4 win. H. Jacobs had a good outing on the mound and C. Herrity supported the offense with two put outs at third base. Coach Ely co-managed the North squad with Dunwoody's Tom Bass, and announcer Alan Loper filled the air waves with his Skip Cary-like vocals. And finally, P. Strychalski, E. Robinson and Mr. Lindemann led the crowd in a rowsing rendition of Take Me Out to The Ball Game during the 7th inning stretch. Click on Albums to view pictures of the game.

Good luck and best wishes to the Diamond Dog Seniors - Stephen Chapital, Ennis Coble, Rudy Germain, Patrick Hannan, Josh Hayes, Corey Herrity, Henry Jacobs, Mark Lindemann, Karl Moton & Paul Strychalski.
