We need your help….  

CGFS has approved plans and are ready start building the new restrooms and snack shack

We are beginning the week of 11/08/06 with demo of the existing snack shack on Saturday 11/11/06. We will start at 8:30am and work until around 1:00pm. We need help clearing out the snack shack and moving items to a storage shed (bring gloves).

CGFS has allocated funds for this project and have in place commitments from local Electrical and Plumbing Contractors to donate labor and materials to complete their respective scope.   Our funds are limited and we are looking for CGFS families to volunteer their time and material to help in the construction of the new restrooms and snack shack. Thank you to all the families who donated to this project during the 2006 spring registration drive.

What we need (over time):
* Skilled labor (Masonry, Concrete Foundation, Carpentry, Ceramic Tile, Sheet metal)
* Unskilled labor (Demo of existing snack shack, trenching/digging footing, clean up)
* Concrete for foundation
* Split faced concrete block (CMU)
* Rebar and form material
