Board duties
We are soliciting nominations for board members for the 2006/2007 season, as well as key league volunteers. Please pass this information on to your teams.
Board positions include: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Player Agent (2). These are elected officials. Nominations are currently being accepted, and voting lasts from 5/13 through 5/20. You can nominate yourself, or anyone else who you feel would be good in these positions. The current Board will help throughout the coming year during the transition.
League volunteers include: Umpire-in-Chief, Safety Coordinator, Uniform/Trophy Coordinator, Snack Shack Coordinator, and Webmaster. These are _not_ elected positions. Volunteers are currently being sought.
You can email me nominations/suggestions. There will be a poster display at the fields along with a ballot box accepting names. Please give this some serious thought and help keep the league running next year.
