MAY "PASSING LEAGUE" MEETING
The Passing League has been put on hold for right now. There does not seem to be too many teams interested. Please contact me if you are still interested. Kellyville has a team and so does Verdigris.. Monday, March 2
MARCH MEETING NOTES
All towns were present except for Summit. Votes:**Kiefer was voted out of the CFL...
**Lincoln requested early games on Saturdays... Home teams may change thier game times vs Lincoln if they choose to do so. This will be up to the home team. There are several teams who already said they would, Victory, Summit and Verdigris probably will.
**The CFL will have two Divisions... There will be a "EAST" Division and a "WEST" Division. 5 teams in each Division. Each division will be formed by teams records from the past seson. 2009 Divisions: East- Drumright, Kellyville, Liberty, Stroud and Summit. West- Beggs, Lincoln, Mounds, Verdigris and Victory.
**6 Team Playoff was approved... Only 6 teams will make the playoffs (3rd - 6th grade). Only the top three teams from each Division will make the playoffs.
**Weight limit will remain the same... 1st/2nd Grade- 75 pounds, 3rd/4th Grade 100 pounds and 5th/6th Grade- 125 pounds.
**3rd/4th Grade Coaches on the field... There will be no coaches on the field after the fourth game. Game 5 and the playoffs will have no coaches on the field.
**Regulation Game Ball... The official ball for the CFL right now is the Wilson K2, TDJ and TDY. The CFL will look at the Nike balls at the next CFL Meeting. There will be a breakdown on what ball each grade level can use.
**There will be 5 CFL passes per team.
**Where teams get there players and how many was also discussed. This issue will be resolved at the next meeting.
