FALL 2009 PRACTICE SCHEDULE

SNACK BAR TEAM PAYMENTS
Any non-CFLLS team playing a CFLLS team on a CFLLS field may make a payment of $15. This entitles each player on the non-CFLLS team in uniform to get a snack & drink after the game.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE & AFTER PRACTICES & GAMES

Field Maintenance

Before practice/game starts:(As your team is warming up in the outfield)

• Water down infield dirt
• Drag infield dirt
• Water down infield grass
• Chalk lines

• Water down infield dirt and grass
• Drag infield dirt
• Throw away any trash in garbage cans
• Turn off lights

If another team(s) is coming in to use the field after you, a group effort is expected to get things listed above done. Please do not leave it all to the incoming coach.

Snack Bar

Before the game starts:

• The CFLLS or Home Team Manager is responsible to unlock and open the snack bar open 5 minutes prior to game start time. (Please do not say/give Snack Bar combination to anyone-Managers info only)
• Prop open LMES snack bar door with bucket of rocks. Help setup small table in front of door.
• Help open & latch 1/2 door(s) at HTES snack bar.
• It is recommended to have a schedule for your team parents to run snack bar during the game.

After the game:

• LMES -
  
  • Collect all trash cans, and throw trash in large dumpster by entrance
  • Place new trash bags (found in snack bar) in empty trash cans
  • Make money drop in snack bar lock box (see Snack Bar Guidelines for details)
  • Lock up Snack Bar & Equipment shed, power off field lights (If you are the last game of the night)
• HTES -
  
  • Weekdays - If trash cans full; tie trash bag and place by front gate (take to dumpster if possible) Put new trash bag in trash can (found in snack bar)
  • Weekends - If you are not the last game - If trash cans full; tie trash bag and place by front gate (take to dumpster if possible)Put new trash bag in trash can (found in snack bar)
    • If you are the last game of the day
      • Collect all trash cans
      • Tie trash bags and bring to entrance (take to dumpster if possible)
      • Place all empty trash cans in equipment sheds
