A big thanks to everyone for having the best Spring season we have ever had. Enjoy your summer, and look for Registration Dates for Fall Ball in August.
ALL STAR TOURNAMENTS
9-10 year olds All Star Tournament will be hosted at CFLLS, June 22 through July 3.
10-11 year olds Tournament will be held at Royal Palm Orangewood LL, starting June 29.
11-12 year olds (Majors) Tournament will be held at Reach 11 (PVNorth LL) & Diamondback LL July 6 through July 18.
More details to follow as we get closer.
9-10 year old All Star Try Outs - June 8 & 9
For the 32 players who turned in the All Star availability forms, we will be having a 2-day tryout to make the team.
You MUST attend try outs to make the team.
All 32 players are asked to attend try outs (you will recieve an e-mail soon) on:
Monday, June 8 - 5:30-7:30pm at Horseshoe Trails.
18 players will be asked to return Tuesday, June 9 - 5:30-7:30pm at Horseshoe Trails for the final cuts.

At our general election board meeting on April 14, the following were voted to the CFLLS Board of Directors.

These individuals have opted to step down from our board on October 1, they have given countless hours and hard work to their board positions and our league for many years. On behalf of the current board, as well as the parents and players of CFLLS and the newly elected board, we would like to thank for their years of service as board members:
Mark Lundberg, Brad Muehlich, Kevin Aldridge, and Jim Atkinson
Gentleman, although you will not hold board positions for the upcoming seasons, this does not mean the board can not continue to call you for help, advise, and work projects. We all sincerely appreciate your hard work and dedication to the league this year and year's past and will continue to build off the foundation you laid out for us. Thank You.

The Corey Robertson Donation Fund
Corey Robertson is a member of the AZ RockHounds 14U baseball team and a member of the Cactus Shadows High School baseball team. Corey was recently diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. Corey is a fun- loving young man who always has a funny comment or wise-crack and his positive attitude and energy will help him get through this very diffcult time.
