Registration for the 2010 Season will begin on Sunday November 22, from 12:00 to 3:00 at Oak Knoll Park  

 

Registration Requirements:

·         Players must be age 5 to 12 as of April 30, 2010

·         Players must live within the CFLL boundaries

·         Players must present an original, full birth certificate at registration, no abstracts

·         Players must present 3 proofs of residency at registration

Early Registration Schedule:

·         Sunday, November 22, 12:00 to 3:00 at Oak Knoll Park

·         Thursday, December 3, 5:30 to 8:00 at Morris Elementary

·         Saturday, December 5, 10:00 to 2:00 at Cypress Community Center

·         Saturday, December 12, 11:00 to 4:00 at Cypress Community Center 

 

Final Registration Dates & Tryouts:

·         Saturday, January 9, 9:00 to 2:00 at Oak Knoll Park

·         Sunday, January 10, 12:00 to 2:00 at Oak Knoll Park

·         Saturday, January 16, 9:00 to 11:00 at Oak Knoll Park 

Registration Fees:

·         The fee for Early Registration, through December 12, will be $95 per player

·         The fee for registration after December 12, will be $99 per player  

 

A Multi-Player Discount will be offered to families with more than one player:

·         Early Registration - Second player is $ 90

·         Early Registration - Third player and beyond $85

·         Registration after December 12 - Second player is $94

·         Registration after December 12 - Third player and beyond  $89 

Original birth certificates are required.  Copies and abstracts are not acceptable!  Original birth certificates may now be obtained at the Fullerton Justice center or the Santa Ana civic center. 

 

Acceptable Proofs of Residency:

All players will be required to show 3 proofs of residency.  Acceptable proofs of residency include:

·         Driver's license

·         Voter registration

·         School Records

·         Welfare/child care records

·         Federal records

·         State records

·         Local municipal records

·         Support payment records

·         Homeowner or tenant records

·         Utility bills (i.e. gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)

·         Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records

·         Insurance documents

·         Medical records

·         Internet, cable or satellite records

·         Vehicle records

·         Employment records

Note: Only one of each of the bulleted items listed may be used, e.g. three different utility bills only count as ONE proof of residency.
