· Candy Fundraiser for 8U and older: each player must sell at least one carton of candy (52 pieces at $1 each) or opt-out for $30. Candy can be picked up beginning March 10th. Candy money checks, candy opt-out fees, and candy money forms are due to your VP by April 9. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
· Practice Fields: Carrollton practice fields can be reserved from Rick Duncan at Rick.Duncan@mkcorp.com. Farmers Branch Parks and Recreation Department takes applications for the practice fields at Dennis Lane & Josey (behind the post office) beginning in mid-March. At least one player or coach must be a resident of Farmers Branch. Call 972-919-2598 to reserve the field or contact Paul Watten at nancywatten@att.com
· Equipment: Equipment Day is 3/16/08. If you need equipment prior to this date contact Paul Hull at p33hull@hotmail.com or phone him at 972-395-1320 or 214-783-0071.
· IMPORTANT DATES:
3/15/08 – Background Check and information for Coach ID card is due.
4/9/08 – General Meeting – Receive schedules, game balls, and schedule Opening Day team photographs. CANDY MONEY IS DUE TO DIVISION VP. ALL PAPERWORK IS DUE TO DIVISION PLAYER AGENT. Failure to meet deadline will cause forfeiture of a game that counts toward standings AND your schedule will NOT be issued at the meeting.
