CTS Tournament Rules
Cerbo World Series Tournament ...All rules are Major League for the 60/90 and 50/70 field.

2 Hour Game Limit: No new inning will start after 2 hours.

HOME TEAM...Decided by a coin flip prior to each game. Championship Game: Home team is decided by highest seed. Highest seed tie will be broken by tie breaker rules.

PITCHING RULES...There are no pitching limitations. Once a pitcher is removed from the mound he can not be brought back to pitch.

All Games are 6 innings for 10U, 11U, 12U and 13U are 7 innings.

STEALING BASES...All bases can be stolen.

9U WILL HAVE A 5 RUN CAP PER INNING. LAST INNING IS UNLIMITED. Does not apply.

In case of a tie game we will use the California Tie Breaker, last batted out starts on second base with no outs. Pool Play games can end in a tie. Playoff games can not. No new inning will start after 2 hours for all age groups.

EH's can be used. You can use as many as you want. These players can rotate in and out of the field as long as they stay in the same batting position.

NO DH's

Mercy Rule is 10 after losing team bats 5 times.

Tie Breakers...1. Head to Head, 2. Least runs given up, 3. Largest run differential.

Balks will be enforced on the big field.1 warning per pitcher on 50/70.

PLAYOFF TEAMS: Top team in each bracket play in the finals. 11U will have top two teams play in a final.

All starters may re-enter the game once.

Slide or Avoid rule applies to all age groups. Headfirst sliding is allowed at all bases.

Courtesy Runners: For Catcher only with 2 outs. Last batted out or a player not in the game.

Be prepared to start 15 minutes before game time. Games may start early to keep the tournament on schedule.

REFUND POLICY: Let's hope we don't have to go there. If we do I will be fair with the refund. If a team does not play 3 games they will get a prorated refund.

NOTE: I ask you to be adults. Set a good example. Please keep your team and parents under control.
