SATURDAY 02 JUNE 2012 11AM TO 2PM CITY HEIGHTS REC CENTER

SATURDAY 16 JUNE 2012 11AM TO 2PM NORTH PARK REC CENTER  

This will be for both new players and returning players. Registration fees are $250 for returning players and $300 for new players playing tackle, flag football is $140 for returning and $160 for new.

ALERT: A SPONSOR IS WILLING TO COVER $25 MORE DOLLARS FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF RETURNING PLAYERS tHAT WILL TAKE YOUR FEE DOWN TO $225 FIRST COME FIRST SERVE

ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE♦ CURRENT 2 X 2 PHOTO ♦ FULL YEAR END REPORT CARD (DUE BY JULY 30TH) SPORTS PHYSICAL (DATED AFTER JAN 01, 2012) ♦ PARTICIPANT & PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT

By June 30th all players must have proof of residencey, Completed Pop Warner physical form, end of year grades, and all fees paid in full. Additional registration will occur on April 14th, 21st, May 5th and June 2. Locations to be determined.

 For this you fee recieve use of helmet, practice and game pants, shoulder pads and helmet and keep a trophy, game jersey with your name, basic picture package and fundraising buyout.

 

 Mission Statement:

 

The Centre City Bolts Pop Warner organization is a newly formed non-profit Football and Cheer League (CCBPWF&C), which serves the Centre City area of San Diego including North Park, Hillcrest, Normal Heights, Kensington, South Park, Golden Hill, Memorial, Gateway and all neighboring communities. 

In association with San Diego Pop Warner Football and Cheer, our mission is to enable children (ages 5-15) to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment. Our goal is to utilize our program to teach fundamental values, skills, and knowledge that will enrich and enhance young people throughout their lives.

We hope to provide fun athletic learning opportunities for children, while emphasizing the importance of academic success. Specially, we seek to familiarize players and spirit participants with the fundamentals of football and cheerleading. We strive to inspire and encourage youth participation, regardless of race, creed, gender, socioeconomic status or national origin to practice the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship and physical fitness.

The next registration date is May 5 Colina Park from 11am-2pm . This will be for both new players and returning players. Registration fees are $250 for returning players and $300 for new players playing tackle, flag football is $140 for returning and $160 for new.

ALERT: RETURNING PLAYERS HAVE AN ANONYMOUS DONOR WILLING TO PAY $25 MORE OF THEIR REGISTRATION $225 INSTEAD OF $250 FIRST COME FIRST SERVE

Registration fees are $250 for returning players and $300 for new players playing tackle, flag football is $140 for returning and $160 for new. Must bring birth certificate and a down payment of at least $100 of registration fees cash, money order, or Visa, Mastercard, or Discover (additional $7.00 fee for card usage).

Become A Part of the Bolt Family

We are currently seeking dedicated volunteers for the following positions:

Board Positions

  • Little Scholars and Insurance Coordinator: Collect, manage and provide to Pop Warner player and cheer scholastic awards documentation.
  • Field and Security Coordinator: Coordinate practice/game field usage and manage security for all practice, games, and designated special events.
  • Cheer Director: Responsible for all matters of interest pertaining to cheer coaches and cheerleaders to successfully manage the cheer program.
  • Equipment Coordinator: Mange and maintain inventory of all Bolts-issued equipment, monitor equipment condition and manage re-conditioning and replacement schedule, recommend and negotiate with equipment veondors.
