The Vice President Shall:
A. Perform the duties of the President in the absence or disability of the President, provided he or she is authorized by the President or the Board so to act. When so acting, the Vice President shall have all the powers of that office.
B. Responsible for ensuring that the objectives of Little League, Inc. and C.P.L.L. are pursued and supported.
C. Work with Board representatives and standing committees as the President may direct.
D. Oversee the activities of their respective areas, and the Division Directors within those areas.
E. Be responsible for ensuring that Little League and local rules and policies are followed in their respective areas.
