The Central Ohio Flames are a competitive all star cheer program located in Delaware, Ohio. The boys and girls (5 to 18 years of age) who make up our award-winning teams come from all over central Ohio.
We are currently the largest competitive all-star cheerleading organization in the Morrow, Delaware, Marion, Knox and Richland counties, but what really sets us apart is
HEART!
Each year, our students learn high level, exciting routines choreographed and taught by our experienced coaching staff. Throughout the year our teams attend competitions all over the state of Ohio, as well as some far off locations such as Charleston, SC, and Destin, FL, where we test our skills against other all-star teams from across the country.
The 2008-2009 season looks to be even better than before, and our teams are looking forward to another year of competition and fun. GO FLAMES!
