The Central Ohio Flames are a competitive all star cheer team located in Delaware, Ohio.   The boys and girls who make up our award-winning teams come from the towns of Delaware, Mt. Gilead, Cardington, Marengo, Fredericktown, Lexington, Mansfield and Ashley.  They range in age from five years old to high school seniors.  We are currently the largest competitive all star cheerleading organization in the Morrow, Delaware, Marion, Knox and Richland counties.  And we're proud to say that we hold over 28 National Titles!

For one whole year, we learn high level, exciting routines taught by our experienced coaching staff.  Throughout the year we take our teams to competitions all over the state of Ohio, as well as some far off locations such as Charleston, SC, and Destin, FL, where we compete against other allstar teams from across the country.  This gives our cheerleaders the experience needed to cheer at the college level.

The 2007-2008 season looks to be even better than before, and our teams are looking forward to another year of competition and fun.
