The CENTRAL KENTUCKY FORCE welcomes you to our site. The FORCE is a 18u girls fastpitch softball team located in Georgetown, Ky. The FORCE has four young ladies from Scott County and three from Boyle County, two from Fayette, and one each from Henry, Garrad and Nicholas County. The coaching staff is Gary Johnson, David Mathis and Kayla Portwood.
The FORCE went 34-9 on the 2012 season. The season brought excitement to both the coaching staff and the parents of these young ladies in which 5 members will continue their softball career at the Division I and II levels..
"FORCE" Organizational Goal
"Success" in athletics can be measured in many ways. The CENTRAL KENTUCKY FORCE's coaching staff feels that their primary goals are to help develope the whole person, not just the athlete, and help assist each young lady in getting a scholarship from a quality university or college. The coaching staff strives to have a positive impact on the lives of these young ladies, both on and off the field. Attaining these goals will ensure our continued success.
A true champion is someone who wants to make a difference, who never gives up, and who gives up everything she has no matter what the circumstances are. A true champion works hard and never loses sight of her dreams.
