Save time on registration day by having these forms filled out ahead of time.

A completed copy of both the Player Registration and the Medical Release must be filled out for each player being registered for the 2016 Spring season.

4. Bring completed forms to registration with you, along with your child's birth certificate and 3 Little League acceptable proofs of residence.

A friendly reminder to parents on what behaviors are acceptable at the ball field.

CCLL requests that all parents read, print, wign it & turn it in with their player's registration.



The Little League Pledge is said before each game. Help your player memorize it by printing it & reciting it with them.

Interested in being a volunteer? That's great! We appreciate your help.

Little League requires that we run a background check to ensure the safety of our players.

3. Print the completed form
4. Attach a copy of your valid government issued, photo ID.
5. Bring your completed form & copy of your ID to any registration date.

The league constitution spells out the duties and responsibilities of the officers of the Board, definition of membership, election procedures, meeting requirements such as quorum, etc. The constitution is approved by the General Membership.

The grond rules include the procedure for selection of Tournament teams (All-Stars), specific ground rules for various divisions (such as draft method for regular season teams). Ground rules are set in place by the Board of Directors and expire annually.
