Want a 2009 CHS CC hoodie, t-shirt or shorts? Let Paul know ASAP--BRING $ to VAP Tuesday, Oct 6. He'll need # and sizes.

T-shirt--$7.50 ($1 more per X size)

9" inseam shorts--$11 ($1 more per X size)

Tuesday, Oct 6 practice is at VAP.

The KIL (10/13) and Regional are out-of-school meets. They are excused absences but runners are responsible for being back at school at noon. Your parents may check you out for rest of the day if they so choose.

Team photos are October 14.  Wear t-shirts and shorts. 

Paul hopes to add 1 more meet between KIL and Regional but doesn't want to schedule it during Fall Break. It will probably be at Carter High School either 10-20 or 10-22.
