Centerville Girls Volleyball Camp will focus on teaching the fundamental skills of volleyball in a high energy & learning friendly environment. Our primary focus is on skill training; NOT THE FLUFF. All the drills stress a lot of repetition with attention to good technique. Every camper will receive a t-shirt.

SESSION I (12pm – 2pm / $55) - mainly for campers who will be in 4th thru 6th grade in 2013-14 school year and/or for campers who will be playing volleyball for the first time or limited experience. To stress proper technique and to avoid injuries, we will be using Volley-Lites as the primary training ball.

SESSION II (2:15pm – 4:45pm / $65) - mainly for campers who will be in 6th thru 8th grade in 2013-14 school year and/or for campers who will have about 2 years prior playing experience on an organized team.

SESSION III (5pm – 7:30pm / $65) - mainly for campers who will be in 7th thru 9th grade in 2013-14 school year and/or for campers who will have minimum of 3 years playing experience on an organized team.

From Yoon: "Every session pretty much runs the same except for intensity level. The upper group in session 3 we might show them some different things depending on the skill level. However, each session is split up by skill level. So, if they are in the advanced session, and they fall in the lower half the intensity might not be as high as compared to the upper level of session 2. And that has happened more times than not." Hope this helps with the difference between the Session II and Session III levels!

*** NOTE - This camp is NOT for Centerville incoming freshmen. They will be attending the high school preseason. ***
