Closing Ceremonies

Closing Day is on Saturday, June 16th

 CALL Closing Ceremonies is scheduled for Saturday, June 16th from 4:30pm to 6:30pm at Mattos Field.  During Closing Ceremonies, League Awards and Hit-A-Thon prizes will be distributed, All Star Teams will be introduced, and you will have the opportunity vote in our annual CALL Board elections.  There will also be a 50/50 Raffle and the Board will be hosting a complimentary BBQ for all players and their immediate family (parents/guardians and siblings).

If you plan to attend Closing Ceremonies, please RSVP to Melissa Noard (melissanoard@yahoo.com) by Friday, June 8th with the following information:  player's name, player's division and team (example: Minor B Athletics) and the number of hot dog meals and/or hamburger meals.  (BBQ meals includes hot dog or hamburger, chips, cookie, and drink.  Please note that there is no charge for players and their immediate family.)

2013 Board Members Needed

Board Members needed for the 2013 Season
CALL is looking for more people to join the 2013 Board. There are a number of positions available (many that do not require a whole lot of time or commitment).  We would like to have the names of all interested individuals by Monday, June 11th as we would like to include them on the nomination ballot for Closing Day.  (Please note that the annual election on Closing Day is to approve Board Members only--it is not an election for specific Board positions.) If you are interested in becoming more involved in the league and helping out with the upcoming 2013 season, or  you would like more information about what is involved with being a Board Member, then please email Gina Adams (callbaseball2@sbcglobal.net)
